The Challenge

Having already successfully negotiated the deletion of two buildings occupied by our Client we were asked to investigate the liability on a third property that was purchased.

The Solution

Using our extensive knowledge of educational establishments and by utilising over 30 years of experience in the field of rating we were able to secure an exemption for the School on business rates meaning the School has no further rates liabilities to pay.

The Result

Together including a historic rebate the total savings for the rating period for that building alone amounted to c.£10,000 which were in addition to the significant savings previously achieved for the school.
